Online Counseling Admission Process
1. First counseling stage
A) Reservation rules for admission in session 2021-22 by Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana Keeping in mind the details of the institute wise, business wise, business and class wise seats running under a particular scheme will be made available, on the basis of which the seats will be allotted.
For admission, on the basis of marks obtained in class 8th, 10th and 12th, separate state level-2 merit list Will be prepared.
B) In order to start the process of allotment of seats in any institute/trade in the first admission phase, seats will be allotted to the candidates according to the order of merit list. For each candidate, it will be tested for the trade/institution of the first preference marked by him whether on the basis of his merit, he can be allotted a seat belonging to the general category in the trade institute identified by him in merit. If not, then seat allotment will be attempted on the basis of reservation category (if any) of the applicant (if applicable). The same process will be repeated for the next business identified by him in the merit list until no seat is available in all the businessmen and institutions identified by him.
C) After that the same process will be repeated for the candidate of the next priority order in the merit list and in this order all the candidates will be allotted seats following this process till all the available seats are allotted.
D) After the result is prepared, the admission will be displayed on the website and the candidates will also be informed through SMS. After the seat allotment, the information filled by the concerned institute in the online admission form will be provided by Prachi.
E) The original uploaded certificates will be verified by matching them with the scanned copies and admission will be done only after all the information is found correct. If all the required documents are not uploaded for admission then the admission will be cancelled.
F) Information about the verification of the applicant’s certificates will be made available by the institute on the registered mobile number of the applicant through SMS and login ID or email of his admission portal. After which the candidate will have to deposit the payable admission fee online before the appointed time, the link of which will be made available on the departmental website. Admission fee in ITI of Sainik Parivar Bhawan will also have to be deposited online. For admission in all other private I.T.Is, fees will have to be deposited by visiting the concerned institute only. Admission will be given to the applicant only after paying the due fees, which will be completely temporary and after the start of classes in the institute, the original documents of educational qualifications and reservation etc.
Second Counseling Phase
A) After the first counseling phase, the details of the institute wise/occupation wise vacant seats will be made available on the admission website. Information will be displayed on the admission website for re-filling the choice of profession / institute by the applicants.
B) It is not mandatory for every candidate to give their consent by the prescribed date on the admission portal to participate in the second phase counseling but if they want to change the option of the institute/business filled in their application form, then do so by the stipulated date. can. All such applications will be automatically taken for the second counseling stage who have not been allotted any seat in the first counseling stage. In case a candidate does not opt for a new option, his/her choice will be made only on the options already filled in his/her online application form.
Efforts will be made to allot trades/institutions as per merit. The seat allotted to him can also participate in the counseling again but in this case the seat allotted to him will be canceled and the fee deposited by the applicant for admission in the institute will not be refunded. The entire process of seat allotment in the second counseling will be done as in the first phase.
C) If any candidate who has received the first counseling.
Third Counseling Stage
A) Reservation for women in all co-educational institutions will be abolished after the second counseling. For the 432 Deprived SC category (Annexure-D) candidates, the reservation given in 50 percent of the total reserved seats of the Scheduled Castes will be abolished after two counseling phases.
B) If a candidate has been allotted a seat in the first or second counseling, that too in the third counseling But in this situation the seat allotted to him earlier will be canceled and the fee deposited by the applicant for admission in the institute will not be refunded after the third admission in all the government and private industrial training institutes in the reserved categories. (backward IV Counseling Phase)
The vacant seats of class / Economically Backward Class (EWS) / Scheduled Caste Category / Divyang) will be converted into general category for fourth admission and all types of reservation will be abolished.
C) All the proceedings of the fourth counseling phase will be done as in the earlier counseling phases.
D) If a candidate has been allotted a seat in the first, second or third counseling, he can also participate in the re-admission counseling, but in this case the seat allotted to him earlier will be canceled and the candidate will be deposited for admission in the institute. Fee paid will not be refunded.
