What is Lal Dora

Registry was not held in Lal Dora area, Kaushal told that Lal Dora was exempted from building bye-laws and construction laws etc. This led to the development of these properties. Earlier there was no registry for house or land in Lal Dora. This caused conflict between families and societies. Despite having property, there was no paper of ownership of the property.

There was no exact demarcation of the land used by the villagers and owned by the Panchayat. Due to which public places, playgrounds, ponds, drains etc. were encroached upon in the villages.

Kaushal told that due to the red-dora being free, the property of the villages will get special recognition. Loan on immovable property will also be sanctioned by the bank. Villagers will also get the right to sell and buy their property. With this, matters related to ownership (SVAMITVA) will also be controlled.
