Age Limit

• 18-42 years of age as on 01.01.2022.kaithal-court-process-server-offline-form
• Other Age Relaxation According Haryana Government(Candidate’s age should be minimum 18 years and maximum age 42 years as on 1st January 2022. Relaxation in upper age limit: (1) 5 years for SC/ST applicants (o) 15 years for SC/ST physically handicapped/Orthopedically handicapped applicants (iii) 3 years for OBC applicants (iv) ) 13 years for Physically Handicapped / Orthopedically Handicapped applicants of Other Backward Classes (v) 10 years for Physically Handicapped / Orthopedically Handicapped applicants of General Category (vi) Additional 3 years for Ex-Servicemen including service rendered in Armed Forces (vii) 3 years (the maximum age limit, inclusive of all exemptions, shall not exceed 45 years for children/family members of those killed in the 1984 riots, unless such not given in the guidelines of the government)

• 10th Pass.
• Applicant should have passed 10th standard examination and have knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi. The applicant must fulfill the eligibility conditions as on the last date of receipt of applications.
