Information Regarding Underground Pipeline Subsidy Scheme

Farmer brothers/sisters are informed that Applications are invited from interested farmers of 1656 gram panchayats of 36 overexploited blocks registered on Meri Fasal Mera Byora for grant on the underground pipeline scheme being run by the Agriculture Department, Haryana.

Farmers from 36 overexploited blocks who can apply for this scheme : बहल, कैरू, लौहारू, तोशाम, BADHRA, बल्लभगढ़, फरीदाबाद, टोहाना, फारूख नगर, गुरूग्राम, पटौदी, सोहना, गुहला चीका, राजौंद, करनाल, लाडवा, पेहवा, शाहबाद, अटेली नागल, कनीना, महेन्द्रगढ़, नांगल चौधरी, नारनौल, हसनपुर हथीन, होडल, पलवल, बापौली, समालखा, खोल एट रेवाडी, ऐलनाबाद, रानियां, जगाधरी, रादौर, सढौरा, सरस्वती नगर

• Jamabandi / Fard of agricultural land.
• Micro irrigation system.

Some Important Information for Selection of Underground Pipeline Subsidy Scheme 2023 :-

1. योजना के लाभ हेतु ‘मेरी फसल मेरा ब्यौरा’ पोर्टल पर फसल पंजीकृत अनिवार्य है। To benefit from the scheme, it is mandatory to register the crop on ‘Meri Fasal Mera Byora’ portal.
2. भूमिगत पाईप लाईन की खरीद पर 50 प्रतिशत से 25000/- प्रति हैक्टेयर व अधिकतम 60000/- रू० अनुदान दिया जाएगा। यह अनुदान अधिकतम 6 एकड़ भूमि पर ही दिया जाएगा। On the purchase of underground pipeline, a grant of 50 percent to Rs 25000/- per hectare and a maximum of Rs 60000/- will be given. This grant will be given on maximum 6 acres of land only.
3. आवेदन केवल ऑनलाईन ही स्वीकार किये जाएँगे । Applications will be accepted online only.
4. अनुदान राशि ” पहले आओ पहले पाओ” जिले की वरिष्ठता सूची एवं उपलब्ध बजट के अनुसार दी जाएगी।
5. The farmer must have an assured source of irrigation (Tube-well, Water Tank, etc.)
6. Farmer will provide the copy of ‘Fard’ (Jamabandi), original bill of the material, E-way bill (in case of material cost more than Rs. 50,000/-) duly signed by authorized signatory and self attested copies of other required documents to the verification officer at the time of physical verification of the system.
7. The farmer shall lay down the system within 21 days after approval of the estimate, failing which farmer will loose his seniority.
8. किसान भाई भूमिगत पाईप लाईन, कृषि तथा किसान कल्याण विभाग के द्वारा सूचीबद्ध किसी भी निर्माता / सप्लायर से खरीद सकते हैं। किसान अपने स्तर पर रेट इत्यादि तय कर सकते हैं। Farmer brothers can buy underground pipelines from any manufacturer/supplier listed by the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department. Farmers can decide rates etc. at their own level.
9. अटल भू-जल योजना के अंतर्गत भूमिगत पाइपलाईन पर अनुदान का लाभ केवल 36 Over Exploited Blocks की 1656 ग्राम पंचायतो के किसान ले सकते हैं| Under Atal Ground Water Scheme, only farmers of 1656 Gram Panchayats of 36 Over Exploited Blocks can avail the benefit of subsidy on underground pipeline.
