Important information for NCMC Card
Haryana Transport Department introduce a National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) service to enhance public transportation accessibility and convenience for passengers traveling at concessional rates at the state-run buses. NCMC will include complete card data for individuals availing subsidised transport services provided by Haryana Transport, such as students, 100 percent disabled persons with an aide, accredited correspondents, members of legislative assemblies, parliamentarians, freedom fighters, police, and prison employees. All they need to do is present their NCMC card for instant access to the transport services they are entitled to. To further enhance flexibility, individuals eligible for up to a 50 percent discount on fares can choose to pay 50 percent of the fare using either cash or their NCMC.

How to get/Apply AU Bank and HARYANA ROADWAYS co branded NCMC prepaid card
There are two types of card available and customer can apply online as well instant card at authorized Haryana Roadways bus depot/station.
Insta Card
- Visit : https://transitncmc.aubank.in
- Click on “Apply new NCMC card”
- Fill your Aadhar details, verify address, email and mobile number in the application form
- After entering details OTP (One time pin) will be generated and sent to your mobile number linked with Aadhar and same for the mobile provided in the application (विवरण दर्ज करने के बाद ओटीपी (वन टाइम पिन) उत्पन्न होगा और आधार से जुड़े आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजा जाएगा और आवेदन में दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर पर भी भेजा जाएगा।)
- Pay the amount (Card issuance fee + PG charges + card delivery charges)
- On successful submission, card shall be delivered to your address (सफल सबमिशन पर, कार्ड आपके पते पर पहुंचा दिया जाएगा)
Personalize card
- Visit your nearest Haryana Roadways bus depot/station and request for the AU Bank and HARYANA ROADWAYS co-branded NCMC prepaid card at the counter. अपने निकटतम हरियाणा रोडवेज बस डिपो/स्टेशन पर जाएं और काउंटर पर एयू बैंक और हरियाणा रोडवेज के सह-ब्रांडेड एनसीएमसी प्रीपेड कार्ड के लिए अनुरोध करें।
- Fill your details in the simple Application Form and submit it to the operator. आवेदन पत्र में अपना विवरण भरें और ऑपरेटर को जमा करें।
- After entering the details by the operator, One Time Pin (OTP) will be generated and sent to your mobile number linked with Aadhar and provided in the application. ऑपरेटर द्वारा विवरण दर्ज करने के बाद, वन टाइम पिन (ओटीपी) उत्पन्न होगा और आधार से जुड़े आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजा जाएगा और आवेदन में प्रदान किया जाएगा।
- After OTP validation, pay the applicable issuance fee amount and to load balance on the card for usage. ओटीपी सत्यापन के बाद, लागू जारी शुल्क राशि का भुगतान करें और उपयोग के लिए कार्ड पर शेष राशि लोड करें।
How to activate AU Bank NCMC prepaid Card?
Card is in inactive mode when received (Personalize card) handover (Insta card) to customer. You can activate your card by doing a simple PIN SET (आप एक साधारण पिन सेट करके अपना कार्ड सक्रिय कर सकते हैं)–
- Visit : https://transitncmc.aubank.in
- Provide card details (Card Expiry Month, Year and CVV)
- Login with user credentials——> Select SET Card PIN
- Click on CVV Verify —–>Enter OTP —–> Enter PIN —–>Re-Enter PINÃ Click on “Submit” button
