Short Information :- Haryana Krishi Yantra Anudan Yojana 2023 : Agriculture Department Haryana is invited applications under different mechanisation schemes SMAM OR NFSM during FY – 2023-24. Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Haryana has Released a Notification For Various Krishi Yantra/Equipments on Subsidy. Interested & Eligible Candidate Can Fill Online Form From 08 December 2023.

Main Objective – Applications are invited for providing agriculture machines on subsidy (40-50%), farmers registered on MFMB portal during the current Rabi & Kharif season and have not taken benefit of subsidy on the same machine during last three years are eligible for application (maximum 2 type of machines).

• If Agriculture Equipment Cost is more than 2,50,000, Then Booking Fee : 00Rs/-

• Vehicle Registration Certificate(RC).
• (Meri Fasal Mera Byora) MFMB ID No, Mobile No, Parivar Pehchan Patra(PPP).
• PAN Card.
• Reservation Certificate if any.
• Bank Account Details.
• Self Undertaking Performa.
• Land Holding Certificate (फरद/जमाबन्दी).

• Search Your Record By MFMB Registration No. , By Mobile No which is registered on Meri Fasal Mera Byora Portal, By Parivaar Pehchan Patra(PPP).

• Your Details is shown below After Click on Search Record. Click on View Details.

• Fill Captcha & Click on Send Otp.

• Check Your Personal Details carefully.

• After that You Can Choose Machines. You Can Select maximum 2 Machines.
• After Choosing Machines Candidate must be click on Add Machine to a list.

• Upload all required documents in Pdf.
• Accept all term and Condition, Fill Captcha and at last click on Submit Application.
