Information Regarding Contractor Saksham Yuva Scheme 

Scheme Overview:

The Youth Empowerment & Entrepreneurship Department Haryana will provide skill training to train and up-skill 15,000 youths having Diploma or Degree qualification in Engineering for their professional development leading to better entrepreneur avenues and enabling them to work as works contractor.

Objectives of the Scheme:

• To train and up-skill Engineering Degree or Diploma holder unemployed youths
• Recognition of talent and supporting with financial assistance from Government.

Eligibility :

Candidates qualified in merit list of Common Entrance Test (CET) held by Haryana Govt. for Group ‘C’ & ‘D’ Jobs. The youth should have PPP ID of Haryana, B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering/ Diploma in Engineering and age between 18 to 40 years. हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा आयोजित कॉमन एंट्रेंस टेस्ट (सीईटी) की मेरिट सूची में योग्य उम्मीदवार। ग्रुप ‘सी’ और ‘डी’ नौकरियों के लिए। युवाओं के पास हरियाणा की पीपीपी आईडी, बी.ई. होना चाहिए। / इंजीनियरिंग में बी.टेक / इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा और आयु 18 से 40 वर्ष के बीच।

Scheme Features :

• A target to train 10,000 youths in the first phase.
• The diploma/degree holder Engineer youths will be provided 3 months training.
• During training period, the youth will be assisted to obtain PAN, TAN, GST, TIN etc.
• After successful completion of training, the youths shall be required to undergo a standardized Third-Party assessment test and only the certified youths will be eligible for Govt. benefits under this scheme.
• The trained certified youth will be registered on Haryana Engineering Works portal.
• The Youth Empowerment & Entrepreneurship Department shall facilitate a loan of up to 3 lakhs for 1 year along with credit guarantee. Govt. will also bear the entire interest cost on the loan for the period of 1 year. Trained youths under this program will be able to undertake works of Panchayati Raj Institutions and Municipalities for an estimated cost of up to Rs. 25 lakhs.
