Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign is started to encourage people to bring the Tiranga home and hoist it to mark the 76th Independence Day on 15 August 2023. The campaign is launched to invoke the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of the people and to spread awareness about the Indian National Flag.

India celebrating its 76th anniversary of independence on 15th August 2023. So, the government has announced Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav to mark this special occasion. This celebration includes the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. Under Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan 2023, the residents have been invited to raise the national flag at their residences between 13 to 15 August. This movement has been supported by prime minister Narendra Modi.

- The Government of India has made the changes in the blackboard of India under this the national flag of India may be alone during the day as well as night. This amendment is coming into effect from July 20th, 2023. The flag could only be before the hours of sunrise and sunset. Moreover, all the citizens of the country need to adhere to the regulations governing the dignity and honor of the national flag of India. It can be hoisted by the general public-private organization’s educational institutions at any ceremony or occasion.
