More Information: The registration process of Kharif crops has started under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana. The concerned farmers can get their crops registered by 31 July 2022. Giving this information, Deputy Director, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department officer said that under the scheme, registration of paddy, cotton, maize, bajra and moong is being done in Kharif crops. He said that the premium (farmer’s share) has been fixed at Rs 741 for paddy crop, Rs 1798 for cotton, Rs 370.51 for maize, Rs 348.70 for bajra and Rs 326 for moong per acre. He said that for Rabi crops, the premium for wheat has been fixed at Rs 425, for barley at Rs 277.88, for mustard at Rs 286.6, for gram at Rs 212.50 and for sunflower at Rs 277.88 per acre. He informed that the registration of Rabi crops will be done by December 31.

ज्यादा जानकारी: प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के तहत खरीफ फसलों की पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया शुरू हो चुकी है। संबंधित किसान अपनी फसलों का पंजीकरण 31 जुलाई 2022 तक करवा सकते हैं। यह जानकारी देते हुए कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग के उप-निदेशक ने बताया कि योजना के तहत खरीफ फसलों में धान, कपास, मक्का, बाजरा तथा मूंग का पंजीकरण किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि धान फसल के लिए प्रीमियम (किसान का हिस्सा) की राशि 741 रुपए, कपास का प्रीमियम 1798 रुपए, मक्का का प्रीमियम 370.51 रुपए, बाजरा का प्रीमियम 348.70 रुपए तथा मूंग का प्रीमियम 326 रुपए प्रति एकड़ निर्धारित किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि रबी की फसलों के लिए गेहूं का प्रीमियम 425 रुपए, जौं का प्रीमियम 277.88 रुपए सरसों का प्रीमियम 286.6 रुपए, चना का प्रीमियम 212.50 रुपए तथा सूरजमुखी का प्रीमियम 277.88 रुपए प्रति एकड़ निर्धारित किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि रबी फसलों का पंजीकरण 31 दिसंबर तक किया जाएगा।
